Update: I will definitely not take the wait and see approach next time! Within 36 hours I could barely sleep or eat due to absolutely terrible pain. I was diagnosed with a bad sinus infection yesterday. Feeling on the road to recovery today after 2 doses of antibiotics.

@Mrs tartan: I'm 18 weeks. I've had my wisdom teeth removed so it can't be that. Hopefully mine will go away like yours did.

@Mamaof2: Yeah I'm thinking it is probably sinus related even if I don't have an infection. There was a coast of pollen in my car this morning so I guess Ur's that time.

@Mrs. Jump Rope: Weird! Glad it went away.

@mrsrain: I was at the dentist 5 weeks ago and didn't have any problems. I guess I'll give it a few days and hopefully if it is sinuses it will go away.

I'd probably start with the dentist and then go to the doctor if it turns out not to be tooth-related. Not a bad idea to get in a dental check up, anyway, since pregnancy can affect gums and teeth so much! Good luck to you... I really hope it's something easily "fixed".

I just had this in one tooth! I thought for sure I had a cavity. I was flossing and bumped my tooth with my finger. Only one specific side of the tooth hurt -- I could touch the other side, bottom and underneath without any pain.

It went away after two days. I figured it was sinus related -- I've been congested.

This sounds exactly like the feeling I was getting! How many weeks are you? I think I was about 10-12 weeks when I got this. My midwife said its poss wisdom teeth coming in and baby taking the calcium from them. Haha. It's completely gone now, but still no idea what that pressure really was. Mouth felt tired too like I'd been chewing lots. Weird.

I agree it sounds like its your sinuses! When my allergies get bad that happens to me - sometimes it turns into an infection and other times it goes away on its own.

Has anyone had pressure or pain on their teeth during pregnancy? It it on both sides, though more so on the left, and top and bottom teeth, more on the sides/in the back. It feels exactly like the type of pain I used to get when I had recurring sinus infections, but I don't have any other sinus infection symptoms except for regular pregnancy congestion. Maybe it is allergy related since the weather just started getting nice? I haven't had any gum bleeding or anything like that. It was bothering me yesterday but today it is worse. Anyone had anything similar? I'm wondering if I need to go to the doctor or dentist.
