They listed it as "like new" - so if you opened it and it wasn't I'm sure they would pay to ship it back to them! Once she got into pushing toys around, it became her favorite because it's so easy to maneuver. She's 14 months and still pushes it all the time. Honestly, LO was never much of a fan. He is pretty cautious and it seemed like he was always afraid of falling off it. Since then we've made it a driveway toy in our new house and he ignores it.
