@ladyfingers: No the wifi one was more expensive when I was choosing so I just use one with wires. Hope it works well for you as it has for me!

@gracecat: Thanks, I just picked up the Pixma for $60 at Target! We have an HP right now and yeah, it's awful. Of course, it was a hand-me-down, so I think that's why.

Do you have the wireless one? Does the wifi work well or do you end up using the cord?

I use an HP 1606 at work that I absolutely LOVE! It is black and while only, but it is fast and I can print very heavily for a couple months before needing a new cartridge. Google says it costs approx $167.

Canon Pixma series! I have one of the lower end all in 1s. Install the software on the CD they give you, it's so easy to use I never had to once open the manual, which is really rare for me. I used to be devoted to HPs for more than a decade but now they seem to just be going down in quality.

Our printer is a piece of crap that I've tried fixing way too many times. Do you have a printer you love you can recommend? Our criteria:

1. Under $150, preferably around $100 or less though
2. Doesn't have to be an all-in-one, printer only is fine
3. Would be nice if it prints color, but we don't use it to print photos or anything, just coupons and random documents.
4. Low ongoing costs (so laser or more efficient inkjet)

OK, go ;)
