If you had a willing friend to help you could modify these and have both of you be surprised.</p> <p>For baby 1, he moved across country a few weeks before me, so I sent him with two boxes that were identical on the outside, but on the inside we’re filled with pink or blue paper, confetti, stickers, etc. Then the day of I told him which box to open. For you, you could prep the boxes and give them to a friend. When she gets the envelope with the results, she then drops off the appropriate box on your front step.</p> <p>For baby 2 we were both home, but he couldn’t come because of COVID, so I brought a gift bag and one girl and one boy onesie to the appointment. Before driving home I wrapped the right one up and had him open the gift.
