She should get together with my friend since they both have compelling stories. Right now, all the rights are with the tenant, and the homeowner/landlord has none in California! I bet they won't be using an in-home nanny again!</p> <p>It is IMPOSSIBLE to evict someone in California!! It takes FOREVER! My friend's dad let a guy stay in his house for a little while, and then the dad died. The "friend" refused to leave, but instead invited others to come in. The estate had to keep paying water and gas as this guy and his new roommates COOKED METH and did drugs in the house!!! They destroyed it! When she finally got them evicted, she had to have a hazmat crew come clean.
