@delight, @WinterBee: thanks for checking, I am in the US. I couldn't remember the units when I posted but it must have been ng/mL. We are on cycle 10 without success so I have just been worried that something is going on that is being overlooked.

@Veggiemama: are you in the states? If so I would assume if you tested it at 7dpo it might be closer to 10 which would be ok. I was put on progesterone though and mine was 9.8 as a precaution.

@WinterBee: I think with UK and Canadian measurements it's over 15 nmol/ml for ovulation but over 5ng/ml in the states. Our conversion is roughly 3x more.

@Veggiemama: Depends on the units of measurement? The first time I got mine checked it was 8nmol. I didn't ovulate, and my fertility specialist said the number was too low and indicated I didn't ovulate.
The next month it was 127 nmol! Whoa.
I thought it had to be over 15 to show ovulation... but if your doctor seems happy then maybe it's ok? Maybe ask her to explain it to you.

I think it sounds fine. I know that ideally it is over 10, but anything over 5 (I think?) shows ovulation.

I had my progesterone level tested on 9 dpo/day 25 of my cycle at it came back at 6.

My OB acted like it was great because it showed that I am ovulating, she said that the actual number didn't matter, she was only testing to confirm ovulation. I thought it was too low, but I wasn't tested on 7 dpo/21 day so I am not sure if that also makes a difference?

My luteal phase is 14 days and my temperature raises appropriate after ovulation and stays higher throughout the luteal phase. No history of miscarriage, we are TTC baby #3 and I did not have any issues with progesterone or TTC my first two.

So what do you think? Would you trust what my OB is saying or would you take Vitex or use progesterone cream or something else?
