<description>&#60;p&#62;@BrentLee88:  If you can remember when your last menstrual period was (cycle day #1) and count forward, you can figure out which day of your cycle Thursday was.  I think the reason they check CD21 is because it's &#34;mid-luteal phase&#34; or about a week after ovulation (theoretically) and before your levels drop with your period.  If it was timed that way, a very low level means you probably did not ovulate last month.   :sad:  Are your periods regular?
