@KrzyRiver: I'm sorry. That really sucks. :bummed: My ob/gyn was super frustrating to work with on things like this.

They gave me a script for progesterone supplements. And at the time I didn't realize I hadn't ovulated, so I started taking them. Now I'm frustrated. I'm on Femara and apparently it didn't work this cycle....

Progesterone that low should mean that you haven't ovulated, and looking at your chart, I don't think you have. My charts were pretty weird looking when I wasn't ovulating, and that's what yours reminds me of. I'm not sure what progesterone will do except to delay a period until you stop taking it. Did they give you a script for progesterone supplementation or is it something like Provera, which is commonly used to induce a period?

Does anyone know anything about progesterone levels? I've had a weird cycle this month and am at a loss for if I've even ovulated. Last two cycles I O'd for sure, but this cycle my temps were very confusing, as I had a couple dips past my coverline and haven't been sleeping well.

I made an appointment for blood work on CD 21. At the time I did that, I thought I had O'd on CD 14. But after a couple low temps, FF changed my O to CD 16, which would mean my blood work was done 5 DPO. On that day, my progesterone was 1.5.

So... I'm super confused. Because everything that I've read said that 1.0-1.5 means you haven't ovulated/are about ovulate. But my doctor didn't seem concerned about me not having ovulated. The nurse just told me that my levels are low, told me that they were giving me a prescription for progesterone, and told me to call in 2 weeks if I haven't had a period.

I've attached my chart. If anyone knows more about progesterone, I'd appreciate some more help. I never get to talk to my doctor directly and the nurses are not very helpful. Thanks.
