My dr had me on progesterone suppositories twice a day through 12 weeks, then it was a very uneventful pregnancy after that. My DD is 17 months, and I'm 28 weeks with my second now. They are much more finely intuned with how cycles work and things like PCOS. He says I am young (28) and it indicated ovulation because it was above 5. Everything I am reading says above 10 is what you want.<br /> I have only ever had one positive ovulation pee stick and that was the month I had a 7.0ng/ml.</p> <p>Also to note: I have PCOS with irregular periods and have been trying for well over a year. I have been eating low carb/keto and my periods have been coming much more frequently. </p>
