Maybe a growth spurt? Add in an additional feeding and see if that helps.

We had earlier and earlier wake ups around five months. The earliest was 3.30am. It mostly sorted itself out without any intervention. We're back to 5.45am, which is not great, but I'll take it over 3.30am.

Maybe waking up because he is hungry? Not sure if you ebf or not but can you give him an extra bottle at night? DH and I always say to each other, pack them right full :)

@rahlyrah: C does this. His MOTN waking is so random. Sometimes it's 3:30, sometimes he'll sleep til 6:00.

Can you try a dream feed at like 11 or 12? We do that sometimes to tank him up for the night.

Yeah, G's awake time varied quite a bit when she started sttn. In the last couple weeks it went back to 6-630. I think she just had to find her groove :)

When LO first started sleeping through the night he would sleep from 9-6 or 6:30. About 2 weeks ago, he started waking around 5 or 5:30. The last two days have had 4:30 and 3:30am wakings.

Is this normal? I can usually get him back down but by that time I need to start getting ready for work.

Has anyone else experienced this? Did your LO go back to a later wake time?
