Thank you all for your responses! This is al making me so stressed out (and we all know how great that is for ovulation!)

@travellingbee: I'm so sorry for your loss.

@Banana330: congratulations!

@PurplePumps: I feel better knowing you ovulated at CD31! I usually ovulate CD16/17 and I'm on CD23 now!

@MaryM: I wasn't sure if they were related. Logically, I didn't think so, but I wasn't sure if they could be because only major change this cycle is that I took progesterone last cycle. But it could also be stress. The day I was supposed to O we almost lost the house we were buying due to seller drama. I spent all of my free time at work on the phone with the lawyer! But it was rectified quickly in just a few hours...so I don't know if that would be enough? Maybe!

@ineebee: I did notice the delayed period (only by 2 days though). I really don't want it to delay O!

I've taken progesterone for tons of cycles - TI, IUI, IVF - and all it does is delay the onset of your next period. I don't believe it affects your day of ovulation within the next cycle.

I'm not sure that progesterone would impact ovulation because it has nothing to do with it. Maybe it's delayed for another reason?

I've taken it at least four different times and the only part of my cycle it's changed is my LP.

I didn't take prometrium for progesterone, but i took endomitrin. The first time I took it from 2dpo for 13 days, next cycle was normal (O CD18). Second time, I took it from egg retrieval for 3 days, period came about 2 weeks later, next cycle was a little on the long side(O at CD 31, though this happens every now and then even on zero medication and could have been attributed to the ivf meds too)

I got pregnant and miscarried so I'm not sure. I did seem to ovulate right after my loss though.

If you took prometrium 3dpo did it impact your cycle the next month?

I took it last cycle after a chemical pregnancy in December and did not get a BFP, so stopped it and had my period.

I'm now a week past my normal ovulation date and have has signs/almost positive opks but no ovulation.

Could prometrium use have delayed ovulation this month?
