I'm glad you figured it out and are recovering. I always grimace a little when I see people recommending fenugreek for everyone, because it's really something a lot of people can't or shouldn't take. Clearly, an allergy means no! Then I started itching a few times a day and breaking out in hives, which made me think there was latex in my breast pump. I even went so far as to call Medela and ask if there was latex in any of the components. </p> <p>I only figured out while searching for a cause of my sudden face breakout that fenugreek is a legume, and anyone with a peanut or chickpea allergy should definitely avoid it. (I'm allergic to both!) </p>
