I think this could happen with other brands of water bottles, too (like the starbucks Ethos water). When she got her car towed to the dealership, they let her know how the fire started and she was in total shock! She expected it to be electrical or something, but they said that since those bottles are totally smooth and hers was completely full the sun used it as a magnifying glass and it caught her seat on fire! The guy showed her by putting the bottle in the cup holder with the sun on it and within seconds the seat started smoking again! The guy told her that her case wasn't the first the dealership had seen, either! He said she got lucky because she was in the car and caught it... if she had gone in a store or something her car would have been a goner! </p>
