They rope off a section for kids 3 and under, so my toddler was able to get lots of eggs last year. We've also tried to go to one hosted by the city, and it was crazy! It was a ticketed event with a limit of 10 eggs per kid and everyone was very respectful of that. They organize it so that different age groups look for different eggs. So you get your 5 eggs and your done. And then they have other stations to go through. The big giant ones where there's hundreds of eggs and the parents elbow the kids to pick up the eggs are not my favorite. We saw that so much last year and I just imagined them all spending their Saturday nights eating 100 tootsie rolls.</p> <p>We took LO last year but he was only 1 so he mostly observed, one older boy gave him an egg which was really sweet. We'll probably take him this year. Also B was only 15 months old so it was more for us than for him.
