I always wear a nursing tank or one of my gap maternity tanks under things. </p> <p>I have also become lazy pants and only wear a 'real' bra if I have a meeting or someplace nice to go because I LOATHE the 'bra flap' when rying to feed LO. They always looked baggy and weird in the front and not flattering on me at all. Next is a long sleeve shirt that I lift up, and bottom is a tank that I push down (and also a nursing bra). I didn't like nursing tanks (without a bra), and I'm always cold, so the extra layers are good for more than public nursing coverage!
