@T.H.O.U.: Good idea... thanks to that item I found this item for a few dollars more with better reviews and a valve for blowing up beach toys and ordered it: (sorry, don't know how to do short links so I just copied the name of the item)
10 Inch Ball Pump, Eco-friendly Portable Hand Pump for Basketball, Soccer, Rugby, Volleyball, Netball, Gym Ball, Inflatable Toy, Toy Balls, Balloon

@looch: Oh yeah, I guess we do have an air compressor, I'm sure it has a regulator on it... good point. I'm sure that is simpler to use if I'm filling things at home, I'll just have to figure out how to use it! :silly:

We have a bike pump, we keep it in the bin where we keep our towels out by our pool. For sure I wouldn't bring it with me, though. We use it for balls.

My husband has a legit air compressor, you can regulate them so they don't fill so fast that you burst stuff.

I don't know if this even exists... but is there such a thing as a pump that will blow up my kids' floaties so I don't have to make myself light-headed every time we go to the pool? We have an air pump for the air mattress but I'm afraid it would blow in so much, so fast that it would pop the thing I'm blowing up. I tried looking on amazon but don't even know what to search for and am having no luck! I can't be the first parent who can't stand blowing up floaties.
