<description>&#60;p&#62;Definitely pump both sides.  Going back to work will likely cause your supply to dip a bit (it has for me) and pumping only one side at a time would also contribute to supply issues.

&#60;p&#62;ETA - you may be able to pump twice at work (instead of three times) if you have over supply issues.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I return to work tomorrow and am going to pump at least 3x during the day. I've been nursing on demand with LO and usually he just finishes one side and he's done. Should I just be pumping one side at a time at work too? I'm already dealing with oversupply (and engorgement if i go longer than 4 hours) and have a huge freezer stash, but at the same time I don't want to hurt my supply since pumping is obviously different than nursing. Should I pump one or both sides at a time at work?
