I don't have direct experience, but I know it is possible! When I had my breastfeeding class, the LC told us about a woman she knew who BF continually for 4+ years - when she got pregnant, she kept going, then tandem-nursed after that. I'm not sure if she was boob-feeding, pumping, or a combo while she was pregnant.

I would definitely keep in contact with the LC about mixing your stash and keeping your supply up. Good luck!

I am feeling guilty that I am pregnant before my LO is one because my supply has already tanked at 7 weeks. I was pumping 4-6 ounces per session last week and this week I am lucky to pump 0.5-1 ounces per session. I only pump during work hours which is 3 times a day.

I usually send 3 pumped bottles of 5.5 ounces to daycare. I use the oldest milk (right now using milk from April) from our deep freezer stash mixed with half fresh milk. Now that my supply has dwindled, should I just use half old and half from my stash in August?

I'm not sure how long I should continue pumping...my nurse/LC told me yesterday I should continue pumping if I want to nurse....my body won't regulate my supply like a non pregnant woman and I will dry out fast!

Any experiences being pregnant and nursing?
