My routine:Wear nursing bra and stretchy tank top under work outfit. When it's time to pump I pull stretchy tank top down (so it's still covering the rest of my body and minimizing exposure) and unhook the nursing tabs. I keep the handsfree bra in my purse and just zip it on and pump. Unzip and back in the purse when I'm done. I find a quiet place, pump, stick my stuff in the fridge, then come back for Round 2 later.</p> <p>However, I'll have to come in 3 days next week and I was wondering about the bra situation. I've just been wearing my handsfree pumping bra (with nursing pads underneath) so I can pump easily. I don't have my own office, so I don;t really want to disrobe each time.</p> <p>What do you ladies do? I need to incorporate my handsfree bra because I still work while I pump (or browse HB, like I'm doing right now! :))</p> <p>Any suggestions would be great! </p>
