I found it to be a hassle and it took up too much of my time to put it on, position everything, take it off. I just started tucking the bottom of the cup into my nursing bra. I've pumped at home with my manual Medela. I also have a double electric pump that I got free via insurance and have never much used because I didn't produce much with it. Anyway, should I start using the electric pump to get ready for pumping at work? I assume it would be more efficient to use that one than the manual. Also, do I need to get a special pumping bra? As if returning to work isn't complicated enough ... </p>
