<description>&#60;p&#62;Yep, definitely get bigger flanges. The nipple should sit inside the tube and not fill it up entirely. The only difference in size is the tube that the nipple gets sucked into (not the size of the cone part)

<description>&#60;p&#62;So LO has breastfed like a champ from day one, and therefore I've never had sore nipples (yes, I am so grateful for this!).  I started pumping yesterday, and THAT hurts my nipples.  I have a Lansinoh Affinity double pump.  I have kind of big nipples, and they just about &#34;fill&#34; the flanges, so I'm wondering if maybe I need to get bigger flanges?  Has anyone else ever had pain with pumping when bf'ing goes well?  Any thoughts or suggestions?
