Each 15 minute pump session would give me anywhere between 3-7 oz.... 3 being late afternoon and 7 being somewhere around 9:30am if LO didn't eat much via nursing at 7-ish am. Typically each session will be around 4-5 oz though.</p> <p>However, when I am stressed or panic ...etc. I would pump close to nothing.
