<description>&#60;p&#62;Pump at the same time using the football hold and I always got the most of any of my pumping sessions.  DePending on your babies age that may be all your producing or just the inefficiencies of the pump.

<description>&#60;p&#62;Do you ever nurse your LO on one side and then pump the other side and get almost nothing?  :-( I woke up engorged so I thought there would be more.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;My LO nursed on my right side for almost 30 minutes. Then I pumped my left side for 25 minutes and barely got 0.5 ounces! I didn't leak during feeding and my nursing pad on that side was completely dry.
