Yes but it fluctuates within a specific range. I tend to pump more at the end of the week than the beginning but I'm better about drinking enough water during the week than I am on the weekend.

Yesterday, I was sick, running errands on my sick day, and didn't sleep much the night before. My output was just hitting what he needed. Today, after our first official CIO night, I pumped a full bag's worth already. I pumped late. For my morning pump, I try to get it in before 11am, but couldn't. I'm hoping if we get the same amount of sleep as last night, my output will stay the same.

Must be stress because I usually eat and drink the same amount just about every week day. But my stress levels definitely vary and must have an impact on my output. Just yesterday I pumped almost twice as much as usual and today I'm back to my normal amount. It could also have to do with me nursing more on the weekends, too.

Yep, I have over pump and under pump days~ depends a lot on water intake, etc.

Oh yea, it definitely varies. If I don't drink enough, or eat enough, or I didn't get enough sleep... So much to keep in check.

Yep! Today, for example, I pumped almost as much in 2 sessions as I did yesterday in 3.

When I was pumping it varied a lot. Some factors were how much water I drank, how much rest I got and if I was stressed or not.

Does your pumping output fluctuate from day to day? Yesterday I was barely able to squeak out enough for Liam's bottle today and today I pumped almost twice as much in the same two sessions!
