@PrincessBaby: I've had the same thing happen to me. I now keep the medela pump wipes with my pump so I can at least wipe down the parts before pumping.

I think it should be ok. Pumped milk is fine at room temp for 6-7 hours so I'm guessing the same applies to pump parts?
As long as it doesn't smell s'all good!

@PrincessBaby: I think you're fine. Kelly mom says freshly expressed breast milk is good in a warm room: 80-90°F / 27-32°C	3-4 hours

I doubt it was that hot in your car, plus it was just the dried milk on your parts.

@PrincessBaby: Ditto to what @bunnylove08: said. I think you should be fine as long as it wasn't super hot in the car.

I pumped this morning before H got up....I am on a mission to try to pump extra to cover her during the day since we ran out of freezer stash...When I was done, I put all of my parts in a ziplock in the fridge. I guess when I was running out the door, I threw the ziplock in my pump bag and not into the cooler. So that was arounf 830. At 9am I valet parked my car and they put it in a covered garage for an hour and a half- but no a/c running obviously. I got back in the car around 1030, turned a/c on, and have been in the car until I stopped to pump at 12 and realized my parts had not been in the cooler.

I just pumped almost 4 oz. Do I have to dump it? Is there a way to tell if my pump parts got gross not being refrigerated?

I want to cry. Every ounce is so precious when we're already not pumping enough and having to supplement!
