<description>&#60;p&#62;@cmomma17:  A pumping power hour is supposed to help increase your supply.  Basically, you pump for ten minutes, then take a ten minute break, then ten minutes again, for an entire hour.  Most of the articles I have read said it works best if you do this for three days (one session per day).  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;My LO is 3 weeks old and I feel like my supply could use a bit of a boost.
