Really painful when pumping, slightly uncomfortable when nursing. I got some All Purpose Nipple Ointment from the doctor and felt better within a day or two. I put it down to LO constantly nursing lately and causing some discomfort, and its more obvious when I pump as its plastic and I can see it. LO had diaper rash, but it wasn't that bad so it took me a long time to figure out what it was. In the past week or so, every time I turn the pump on, there is a lot of discomfort. The pain gets slightly better as I pump but it's always uncomfortable. It wasn't like this before. I already sized my breast shields up twice and it doesn't matter how high I have the suction. I'm really not sure what's wrong. My output has decreased as well. Any ideas?</p> <p>ETA: I have a Medela PISA </p>
