@autumnleaves: My cycle has been back since 2 months PP (Boo) and I usually see a dip the day or two before and then the first couple days. But you said beer? I may have to try that, I have been taking MMP so we'll see if that helps.

@78h2o: I keep forgetting to take my calcium so I should get back on that. I think I'm eating enough, as for sleep, I try to get at least 7 hours, but you know how that goes

@Mrs. Bee: I'm not really sure when I could add in another session unless I wake up in the middle of the night. I do drink a ton of water at work but I need to be better about having some after I get home

@Mae: Yeah, I pump 3 times a day at work and then once at night after he goes to bed. I always feel like G does a better job emptying me than the pump does, but it's possible. I do think he drinks less at the boob than what daycare says he needs from the bottle, which doesn't help matters because if I send what I pump they always want more for him.

You pump at work don't you? I wonder if you pump more during the day than g drinks from nursing during the day? So you had more over the weekend because he didn't fully empty you like pumping would?

more milk plus and mother's milk tea helped me a lot. also maybe try to add in another session and hydrate like crazy?

sometimes we just have some off days when we're tired.

Are you well hydrated? Sleeping enough? If it is your circle starting, I've heard taking calcium is supposed to help.

Could it be your cycle starting up o something you are eating/drinking or not? I would have a few days here and there that I thought I was drying up but then my supply would come back - oatmeal, an occasional beer, and that more milk plus helped me get my supply strong after getting less output on some days.

I'm having a weird few days of pumping and I need some insight. I pumped in the evenings all weekend and was getting about 4 oz. no issues. I pumped today and yesterday and never got more than 2.5 oz a session. I've replaced the membranes, I put a new filter and tubes on a few weeks ago. What else could it be? I just can't believe it's me as I pumped at the same time Sunday night as Monday evening and got half the amount. I feel like there's good suction. LO is almost 8 months, nursing the same amount he normally does. He is having the same amount if solids. I was counting calories a bit but stopped when I had a supply dip a few weeks ago. Help me figure this out!
