I drive in the country though and wasn't too worried about people seeing me. I usually wore nursing shirts anyways. I had a hands free bra and a car adapter for my Medela swing. I use a hands free pumping bra and a cardigan. I don't put the cardigan on, I just kind of tuck it into the top of the nursing bra and let it cover the flanges and bottles. I have used a nursing cover, but didn't like having something around my neck. I felt distracted and uncomfortable and it was hard to get set up and then when I was done and uncomfortable it was difficult to get detached. Plenty of women seem to do it without a problem though.
