@mrsjazz: @autumnlove: Thank you so much. That was kind of what I thought but then there was all of this stuff in their "shop" so I wasn't 100% sure.

@Leialou: I am hoping it is fun. I used to love the Barre portion of ballet....though not much else. So I am really looking forward to taking the class.

@Leialou: A ballet barre class that utilizes the ballet barre and small isometric movements to tone your whole body!

Love Pure Barre. Wear yoga pants, socks(yoga socks if you have them), bring a towel, water, and be prepared to be sore the next day!

I don't take Pure Barre, but I've taken Physique 57 (it's similar) classes and do the DVDs at home.

Expect for your core and your thighs to burn! Most people wear a tank top and yoga pants or shorts to class. Some people wear special stickie socks but you don't really need them.

Hey everyone!

I am starting a pure barre class later this week and I am wondering...
1. If anyone else takes classes
2. If you do...what can I expect for the first class? Do I need to bring/wear anything in particular?

Thanks In advance!
