My LO loves apples so I mix everything in with puréed apples. She ate steamed spinach and apples today.

I literally mix everything with butternut squash or pears if LO isn't into something on its own!

Agree with @mamimami. Add a bit of mint, call them mushy peas, and eat with fish and chips ;)

Peas are so naturally sweet, you can probably mix it with a bland veggie and a fruit to get a nice mix. You can also add a hint of some spices too, like cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice.

Peas + zucchini + apple.
Peas + banana + peaches.
Peas + spinach + pear.
Peas + green beans + pear.
Peas + butternut + apple.

@mamimami: Yep yep yep!! I've added all her leftover purees to my smoothies. Even a pea cube in a fruit smoothie! Didn't even notice it

Poor L got some WEIRD food combos. I pretty much just mixed everything. I mixed peas + blueberries pretty often. She definitely didn't prefer them on her own, but never minded any of my weird combos! I also did peas + butternut squash a lot, because the squash was runny and the peas were thick.

I would eat them myself. I have eaten quite a few leftover purees in my day. Add a little salt and pepper and it's not bad! :D

Apples or pears.
Or I had luck with a chicken, pea, brown rice mixture... but you would have to freeze that until he was a bit older probably.

So I've been making DS's purees and I made a little too many peas. It wouldn't be a problem if DS liked peas even a little but he doesn't. He will eat them, but he really isn't too happy about it. Anyone have any good ideas for what I can mix in with the peas to make them taste better? I've been doing peas and carrots but I need more options. He is 6 months. TIA!
