He didn't end up getting me anything, I honestly think he forgot lol things get pretty busy with a baby :) I guess I was kind of hoping for a little something (we usually have about $100 gift limit), but I wasn't mad or upset at all.</p> <p>I think the idea of it is nice, but moreso if it's DH's idea. He always gets me jewelry for Christmas and the only jewelry I wore on our wedding day were items that he gave me and had sentimental value. He loved that and was so adamant on this that he got me diamond chandelier earrings the Christmas before we were married. He also got me gorgeous earrings on our honeymoon. Knowing how much he likes to spoil me and appreciates sentimental value, he could be planning something. If he doesn't, I'm ok with that too. I have a novo e-ring and novo wedding band, both in platinum (gosh, I haven't talked about my e-ring in ages, and now I have talked about it twice in one day on HB.com, strange). For babies, I'd love a swing band and/or a 3mm channel set band (square-cut diamonds). Or else maybe just stick with all novo bands, but get yellow gold and rose gold bands. </p> <p>It's fun to dream, but I really don't think I could justify Tiffany prices again. And on the e-ring post, I was just saying how there are so many other things I would rather spend our money on, ha. </p>
