After he fell asleep he slept for 6 hours, which has to be a record for him! I may have stared obsessively at the video monitor to watch him breath...when he woke up I brought him into bed to feed him and doze for a few more hours. </p> <p>Overall a success! Not sure if it made sleep worse because we were in the middle of a sleep regression. But she loves her crib! Every morning I hear her talking and laughing to herself. We had him napping in there during the day today and he did okay, but tonight was rough. He screamed for 45 minutes (I went in every 15) before falling asleep. I think maybe it's too dark in there though. There are these high windows that let in light from the kitchen but it's still darker in there than I realized. I miss her so much! My LO has a stuffy nose, so I've been trying to have her sleep in her room for the first 4 hour block (8-12), as her room has a humidifier (the master has a vaulted ceiling, so the humidifier wouldn't do much). It's really helping me though that it's not for the whole night... after she wakes up, I move her to my room.
