I liked their cribs but they are expensive and then adding the required delivery and assembly fee was a lot. Our PB bed was delivered and assembled no problem though- very quick and efficient. </p> <p>We picked up our (non pbk) crib from the store ourselves and DH assembled it by himself, no problem. I think it's a liability issue for them. I do have to say though, I had a 3 month-long delivery saga with them... It wasn't the crib but a changing table-- they sold one online that didn't exist and it literally took them that long to figure it out (they have multiple changing tables that they give the same name to, which is stupid and confusing for their delivery people, apparently-- they kept trying to deliver a "Madison dresser and topper" rather than "Madison changing table"....) The current one we have was put together by the delivery guys...does PB do that too? If not, was it easy or difficult? I might have to do it myself, and I have put together a lot of furniture in my lifetime (and rather enjoy it) but never anything as big as a crib. </p>
