I could tell that she was coming if my temp dropped below a coverline. A spike might be a good sign and the spotting might be implantation bleeding. Unfortunately it's one of those, only time will tell things, though. This afternoon I went to the bathroom and noticed some creamy CM and brown spotting. I'm also a little crampy today like I would if AF was coming. </p> <p>My question is, does AF usually come after your temps start to drop or can it come after such a huge spike. Trying not to get too excited or too discouraged. Why are PMS and early pregnancy symptoms the same!? </p>
