We have secured a new place as of feb 1st. So we just need to get to then. I was traveling from out of town today back home. DH called and left a message on Sunday that no one would be home until the afternoon and the dog would be home alone until then. They generally won't come in because of the dog unless we are home because they came in once without notice and she was out. Apparently she scared them. As for the random inspections.., nanny cam? It took more then a week to repair our furance because they couldn't be bothered to even come look at it. (I was home the whole time) Our water heater is still broken. (Been broken since mid December). Are they trying to sell the property?</p> <p>The legality of the letter/entry will depend on your state laws. It usually takes about 2 min, they usually take a photo of each room and ask if we are having any issues. </p> <p>I'd be pretty skeptical about them doing them all the time. I always call and get an exact time frame that they are coming and make sure I'm home.
