I would start out slow and add in one extra pill and see what happens for a few days before going full throttle. I'd like to head off any supply issues, so I started taking the More Milk Plus capsules I ordered a couple of weeks ago, in addition to the nursing tea I've been drinking.</p> <p>The dose is 1 pill 4 times a day, 2 pills 4 times a day if you weigh 175+. I am right on the cusp of this -- my weight fluctuates around the 175 mark depending on the time of day, etc. </p> <p>Did anybody need to take the higher dose? Or was the lower dose enough? Just curious if there are different "degrees" of it working. </p>
