@pelikila: So take 2 pills for one of my doses at first? That makes sense. I am OK waiting to see what 1 pill 4x a day does for a couple of days, since I pump at night as well and can make up the day's deficit there.

Thanks!

I had to take an in between dose (2 pills 3x/day). I would start out slow and add in one extra pill and see what happens for a few days before going full throttle. Everyone is different are there are different degrees of sensitivity.

This is my fourth week back at work full-time, and I noticed quite a bit of a decrease this morning in how much I was able to pump (5 oz instead of 7-8). I'd like to head off any supply issues, so I started taking the More Milk Plus capsules I ordered a couple of weeks ago, in addition to the nursing tea I've been drinking.

The dose is 1 pill 4 times a day, 2 pills 4 times a day if you weigh 175+. I am right on the cusp of this -- my weight fluctuates around the 175 mark depending on the time of day, etc.

Did anybody need to take the higher dose? Or was the lower dose enough? Just curious if there are different "degrees" of it working.
