My husband is constantly attacking the poor thing with the aspirator! It doesn't cause her any issues... She breathes and nurses just fine and her nose doesn't run.. She actually was so stuffy that she had a hard time nursing and she sounded like a little piggy. I was told it was because she spent such a short time in the birth canal that the amniotic fluid was not squeezed out of her sinus cavity and that it would take a little while to get it all out. It's not runny, she just sounds stuffy and it's visible. Plus she sneezes several times a day. We've had to use the aspirator on her nose pretty much daily.</p> <p>Was this something that you've seen in your newborn? Could it be a temperature (home) thing? Am I just a paranoid new mommy? </p>
