I had pink against black. I think moreso than the pattern of the cover my Lo was just curious and wanted to look around. I am about to order a cover on Amazon and am debating between plain white with no pattern or a pretty patterned one, but I've heard that distraction can be a problem. I know some babies don't like stuff over their heads when they nurse, but I figure I should at least try it out so I don't have to struggle with using an A&amp;A blanket in public like I do now. </p>
