It sounds likely that you are just experiencing the first change when your body regulates. I remember things calming down around then but still leaking all the time. At night, if I went any longer than 4 hours without pumping or feeding, I would be in so much pain that I would wake up from a dead sleep.</p> <p>However, recently my boobs have become much softer. Once LO empties a breast and they get that "soft" feeling, I have noticed it stays that way for much longer and I don't feel nearly as engorged. After 3 hours my boobs still get tingly and start to leak, but they definitely don't get as hard.</p> <p>I don't know if this means that my supply has drastically decreased or just that my body has adjusted.... has this happened to anyone? </p>
