I was very sick with both, but different kinds of sick- throwing up with my first regularly, but more nausea and less appetite with my second. I think it has more to do with how your body handles the quickly changing hormone levels than anything with the baby's sex. I haven't been quite as sick this time around despite it being another boy - maybe my body's just a bit more used to it since it just went through this a year ago? I mean, I've still been sick.
