It seems pretty 50/50 based on people I've talked to if their wiggles like that too. I emailed Uppababy with a link to the video and this is what they said:</p> <p>"The give to the seat is completely normal and it is the design of the seat for shock absorbing. It cannot be completely stationary or the child would be taking the brunt of all bumps gone over in the stroller.
