If text message, she can save them to her phone by (once she has opened the video/pic), clicking the lefthand arrow icon, a box pops up saying "save picture/video" and if she hits that it gets automatically saved to her "photo" roll - which is the photos icon with a sunflower. Email pics should work the same way. If so, where are these items stored? </p> <p>Pictures or details on how to get there would be helpful. I'm trying to help my mom who is out of town and has an iPhone she doesn't know how to use. :-P </p>
