Do any of you guys remember having crazy dizzy spells while on supplements? I haven't noticed this in prior cycles but I'll just be sitting at my desk and suddenly my head is spinning and it takes a minute for everything to line back up.
Yesterday I thought I was going to pass out but it went away pretty quickly so I didn't think much of it.

@mrskansas: I've only ever taken them after I was pregnant, but I do feel that it's important not to miss a dose. I only had to do them at night, so I would insert right before bed.

@SweetiePie: @oskarsmommy: @mrs.kiwi:
Thank you all! I felt really dumb this morning for forgetting but you guys have made me feel better.
I'll just take one as soon as I get home from work and then another right at bed time.

I did crinone which is like a gel/paste goop so not exactly the same, but:
1) I wouldn't worry at 3/4 dpo. If you were pregnant already or much closer to 14dpo I'd be more worried or at least call my doc to ask.
2) I laid down. For the morning I just laid in bed and did my makeup right after, but that was more because I was lazy than because I was worried. But I don't think it's that necessary - like may be marginally better, but not not a make or break kinda thing.

Yea I don't think it's as important if you're that early.

If I skip I will just do one as soon as I remember and try to take the next one a little sooner to try to "balance" it out.

@kayla0416: This is like my 4th time on them and it's the first time I've forgotten one :bummed: I'm going to blame it on it being Monday, lol. If I were actually pregnant I would probably go home at lunch but I'm only 3/4 DPO so I don't think it will matter yet.

@mrskansas: I've only been on progesterone suppositories after getting a positive pregnancy test, so this might not be helpful, but I think it's pretty important to not miss a dose. Would you have any way of going home on a lunch break or something? Or I would at least do one right when you got home from work, then the second at bedtime or something. I'm no expert or anything, but that's what I'd do!

I don't think I've ever read the instructions actually, so I didn't know you're supposed to lay down after insertion!! I definitely don't do that.

I think I'm 3 DPO and have started my vaginal suppositories. I have a couple of dumb questions so bear with me.

(1) I am supposed to use two capsules per day, one in the morning and one at night. What happens if I forget a dose? I ran out of the house this morning and forgot to put one in :sad: Do I double up in the evening or just use one? It's still really early so hopefully it doesn't affect anything at only 3 DPO.

(2) Do you lay down for 20-30 minutes after insertion like the directions say?

Thanks girls!!
