Then he has 5 weeks of vacation per year. But he can't take it all. He will be up for promotion this year, so his numbers (work/vacation balance) have to be at a certain level. I am only 12 weeks right now so no advice but I am going to follow this board. How long was he gone? How often does he travel?</p> <p>DH's travel schedule has been picking up again over the last few months. Sometimes he is gone just overnight, sometimes he is gone more than a week. There's a good chance he'll be gone for a week before LO is 2 months old. </p>
