I would squeeze leftovers from the pouch into ice cube trays then once frozen, store in a freezer bag. The. I would defrost a few cubes as needed. For example, I'd add a few pear cubes to oatmeal or pea cubes to sweet potato, etc.

I never froze store bought pouches. But I did squeeze a portion into a bowl and served it out of the bowl so that no saliva would touch the pouch. If she didn't finish, I would refrigerate and serve it again at the next meal. Generally we would finish it then, but if not, I would throw it away.

I know you can freeze homemade pouches but what about store bought? And once you thaw & serve, what do you do with the leftovers? Keep them in the fridge? Throw them out? I feel like pouches have large serving sizes & I wouldn't want them to be wasted. If you squeeze it into a bowl or spoon (LO's mouth isn't touching) does that make a difference?
