We TFMR at 22 weeks in 2014. It seems so long ago now. We were told to wait 3 months to TTC. Long story short, we had a MC when we did get pregnant 9 months later, but eventually fell pregnant with our DS. I still think about the little girl we lost all the time. As you know, it is an awful experience to go through. However, I look at my little boy now who is 18 months and I am just filled with so much love for what I have. My heart goes out to the you for the pain you have been through and the joy you will have when you welcome this little one into the world. I got my peak LH on the exact day I should have which was awesome and now I am pregnant!!</p> <p>Yesterday was the day I knew for sure based on a digital test and my other tests that were continuously getting darker and yesterday just happened to be 9 weeks exactly from that awful day.</p> <p>I cannot believe that it happened so fast, although I am very thankful for that, and I cannot believe it happened for us without any fertility intervention!!! Incredible!! We were seeing an RE for infertility testing, got pregnant naturally but ended with a D&amp;E, I didn't ovulate the first cycle after but cycle after that I had an early loss and the next cycle I got pregnant with my LO. It took me 5 weeks to ovulate and I got a CP. Then it took me 6 weeks to ovulate and I got my 2 year old. </p> <p>I was told you needed a negative pregnancy test before you could ovulate. I took them every other day until I was good, then switched to OPKs. </p> <p>Fingers crossed for you! I had 2 early losses, and I never think of trying as trying to replace any of them as I will always remember them.<br /> I was in the same situation either but I had a d&amp;c at 10w after a mmc, and my RE had told me that once the HCG is down to under 100, it is low enough for it not to interfere with another cycle starting. However, both of my successful pregnancies were within two cycles of a miscarriage. Some people believe there's a brief period of heightened fertility.
