You might not need them, but some offices offer weight checks just to make sure baby is gaining weight while breastfeeding. I'd also ask how they structure those initial appointments with you and the baby after leaving the hospital. Some have you come a few times within the first month, others may not. What is the procedure for coming into the office, do they have a walk in clinic available? The practice appears to be pro-vaccine and I printed out there suggested vax and wellness check up timeline. The practice is part of a large multi-office operation and has a about dozen doctors and nurse practitioners at the location we are visiting. The doctor we are meeting with the lead physician at the office. </p> <p>I am combining three different "what to ask" checklist questions. A lot of the questions overlap, but some are different from list to list. Knowing what you know now as a parent, what would be important for you to ask?</p> <p>TIA </p>
