<description>&#60;p&#62;I like any questions that you can't really give a vague answer for-- what is one thing you wished she did differently?  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;How often was she late or did she cancel? (this one is good because someone might say &#34;very rarely, only once a month or so&#34; and in your opinion that might be way too much)  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;What types of activities did she do with the kids? &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;What were her job responsibilities?  (I like this because once a nanny I interviewed had majorly hyped up her previous job and it turned out it was a very simple job, plus you can get an idea of what types of things she might be open to doing for your family.)&#60;/p&#62;
