I would ask everything at the next appointment so you're not left wondering. Plus if something were to happen early, you are prepared. And also because you will think of more questions to ask for every appointment most likely. That's what your doctor is for!

Both my kiddos were early - 36w4 days and 37w6 days! Questions I was very happy I had asked:
-what do I need to do when I go into labor (phone number to call, when to go to hospital, recommendations for what to bring to hospital)?
-discussed my preference for unmedicated birth
-discussed cord clamping preference

Well, I guess if I go into labor early, all the induction questions won't really matter.... :) Anything else I should be asking, though?

Ask them now. I was due Jan 1 and gave birth Wednesday (at 36 weeks 5days). Some of my questions still weren't answered and it was go time! So ask away.

Agree with @jhd: Don't worry about asking too much in one appointment. They get it all the time.

Based on personal experience, I would ask about timing for scheduled induction. My old OB scheduled me to come into the hospital at 10:30pm and I didn't get the pit started until almost 1am. I got NO sleep that night! I'd ask if they do scheduled inductions in the morning, so you can at least try to get some sleep the night before!

I agree with @jhd. I used to ask a million questions everytime I went to the doctor with my first and literally would bring a long written list. I would ask if you're wanting to go ahead and talk about all of this.

I wouldn't worry about asking too many questions in one visit. If it will help you to be able to discuss all these things this week I would just go for it.

I'm having my 35 week appt this Tuesday, which starts my weekly OB appts. It's getting to be "go" time! Since I am a FTM, I have a list of questions / topics I want to discuss with my OB, and I'm trying to space them out so I don't appear crazy / overwhelming.

1) What are some other things you would discuss or ask?
2) Would you shift the timing of these questions at all?

35 weeks:
- Post-partum mental health referral
- C-section’s impact on future timeline of TTC / future # of children

36 weeks
- Philosophy on medicated induction
- Going “overdue” ?
- If water breaks but contractions aren’t there, hospital guidelines for induction
- What medications does he prefer for inductions?

37 weeks
- Cycle regulation / birth control after birth
- Strong preference for NO episiotomy, and YES on delayed cord clamping (We've already discussed my desire for an epidural, and those are my only other strong preferences)
